The Space

Entering the Drive, the House has a private Yard which can facilitate the parking of approximately 4 large Cars. Extra parking may be available on site, please do mention if this would be required when making your reservation.
The remainder of the Yard is covered with a thick, high-quality Astroturf and features a 4-Hole Miniature Crazy Golf area perfect for the budding Golfer. Obstacles, Putters & brightly coloured Balls are provided for the game.
For the younger Guests, Toy Cars are parked up ready for a race!
The Garden is a wonderful space for sunbathing and for Children to safely play.
Located on the large Decking area surrounded by a Balustrade, our state-of-the-art Hot Tub provides ultimate luxury and relaxation.
6 seats and 120 jets consume the stresses of daily life and with a glass of something just as bubbly you’ll be transported into holiday mode in no time at all.
With extra features such as constant running Waterfalls and colourful LED lights are sure to fascinate the kids!
Unfortunately our Hot Tub does not have speakers connected, so we can preserve the peace and quiet of the Village.
The Tub is self-heating and can be used at all times of the year. Covered by a sturdy Gazebo to shield you from the classic English weather, there are also separate mosquito nets and privacy curtains to protect you and provide a safe environment.
Romantic Fairy Lights twinkle and enchant, whilst UV Fly Catchers ensure no uninvited Midgies disturb your peaceful soak!
It is so important to us that we ensure the peace of our nearby neighbours and residents, with many families that live nearby having young children, so all Hot Tubs turn off automatically at 9.30pm. We kindly ask for no outdoor activity after this time.
All our Hot Tubs are drained and chemically treated in between Guests. Upkeep, refilling and general maintenance of the machine during your stay is necessary, full instructions can be found in our Guestbook or by contacting the Host.
Outdoor Patio Furniture is provided, along with small Disposable type Barbecues, Charcoal and Firelighters.
We welcome our Guests to bring their own larger Barbecues from home.

Unfortunately, we don’t currently have a Dishwasher installed. We do have plans to provide one, along with an extra Oven in the near future.

Towards the far end of the Kitchen Diner is a cosy Living Area with banquet seating, making it the perfect room to sit and chill together. The Living Area also has a large 55-inch wall mounted HD smart TV with a DVD player, along with a contemporary Electric Fireplace for those Winter nights.

The 7 Bedrooms are split off into 3 areas of the House, providing essential privacy for multiple families and guests.
All our Bedrooms are individually designed and boast crisp, fresh Linen and fluffy Towels.
Each Bedroom has a Window and Blinds.

To save any unnecessary cleaning, some bedrooms may be locked up for smaller groups.
